Newly renovated and brand new apartment of 55 m² built on the third floor of a building with elevator located within the Texas urbanization, built in 1974.

It has been a comprehensive reform of this cozy apartment, to make it functional and comfortable and enjoy the excellent views from all rooms. The terrace has been gained to the house, to make it more spacious and livable, but including sliding carpentries so that when you open them you can enjoy the space of the dining room as if it were the terrace.

The house is distributed in a small hall, which connects to the white lacquered kitchen, fully equipped and with bar open to the living-dining room, it has beautiful views of the urbanization and the beach of San Juan.
