And the long-awaited day of the photo session arrives, when we have already completed the most tedious administrative procedures to have all the documentation in order, so that this spectacular property can finally be one of those in our collection.

And the day is good. This time we arrive together, the rest of the group to their business, we know which street it is and before going up we take a photo of the façade and the street, taking advantage of the fact that no cars are passing and we can see the stairs of Santa María in the background... How I love that church!

The entrance is very cool, very tidy, they have recovered the original wall and have put some very cool lights, this promises...

We open the door and WOW! Beautiful, the distribution, the finishes, the decoration, it is simply beautiful ... I love it!

Flat of 65 m² constructed on the first floor of a building with lift built in 1940 and located in Jorge Juan street, a few meters from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

In 2017 a complete refurbishment of the property was carried out, changing its distribution. It is currently distributed in living-dining room with two balconies to the facade, open kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with one of the dividing walls with glass panels and a single bedroom with ventilation to the inner courtyard.
