I suppose that Don Enrique Carbonell could not have imagined the repercussions that "La Casa Carbonell" would have when, 100 years ago, he decided to commission the project to the architect Juan Vidal. Today it is one of the most emblematic buildings in Alicante, both for its location in front of the port and on the Esplanade and for its exquisite architecture. Every self-respecting #alicantino knows it..., but not many of us have been lucky enough to enter it and admire its mouldings, its wrought iron lift or its impressive entrance. And there are a few who have the luxury of living there and spending their working days there..., will you be one of them?.
Office of 205 m² built on the first floor of the emblematic Casa Carbonell built in 1922 and located on Paseo de la Explanada.
The office is distributed in a reception or waiting room, 4 offices of different sizes, all with windows to the façade and a meeting room where the original mouldings have been recreated, both on the ceiling and walls. It also has two toilets and an office.
