I suppose that Don Enrique Carbonell could not have imagined the repercussions that "La Casa Carbonell" would have when, 100 years ago, he decided to commission the project to the architect Juan Vidal. Today it is one of the most emblematic buildings in Alicante, both for its location in front of the port and on the Esplanade and for its exquisite architecture. Every self-respecting #alicantino knows it..., but not many of us have been lucky enough to enter it and admire its mouldings, its wrought iron lift or its impressive entrance.
