When we discovered this house we couldn't believe that hidden in some building in Alicante there was a house like this, it was simply special and, whichever way you looked at it, very Arenae. Its previous owner, an architect, had reformed it with incredible care and sensitivity, converting it into an urban refuge. The courtyard, the heart of the house, is a clear example of this transformation. The architect conceived it as a green oasis, a place to connect with nature in the heart of the city. The current owner has taken care of this space, adding her favourite plants and creating an even more welcoming atmosphere ready for you to enjoy.
