80 m² flat is completely refurbished and is located in a building dating back to 1900, in calle Berenguer de Marquina . The building was completely refurbished in the year 2000, the entrance, staircase and façade were refurbished and in this work a lift was added to the building.

The property was completely refurbished in 2013. Living-dining room kitchen in a single space, with two balconies to the street and kitchen finished in microcement. It has an interior room with a mezzanine that could fit a mattress and a wardrobe where the washing machine and dryer are located.
