Renovated studio of 25 m² built located in a building from 1992 with elevator and located in the non-pedestrian area of Calle Castaños.

A comprehensive reform has been carried out in the studio, placing top quality materials, smoothing walls, installing a new kitchen, placing an air conditioning split with a hot-cold pump and decorating it with designer furniture.

It is an open space with high ceilings where we find a living room with a sofa bed and balconies that overlook Calle Barón de Finestrat, a closet hidden behind a Chinese panel-style sliding curtain, an office area made with a cantilevered HPL table, a kitchen equipped with microwave oven, two-zone induction, filter group, refrigerator and washing machine.
